- This is a set of 2 CD's, containing music of Iļģi group, from creation in 1981 up to 1993. The post-folkloric style style of Iļģi was not eagerly accepted by the Soviet cultural authorities of that time as being too much in the minor-mood.
Therefore this album can really be treated as the fulfilment of expectations, or as the musical heritage tested by time. Iļģis' music of the early years is here to enjoy for every listener, and to link the heritageof the past with the future
